Cancellation Policy:
IT IS THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILTY TO INFORM All County Limousine of any changes, delays or cancellations of their reservation. All changes in reservations must be called into the office. All cancellations require a cancellation number. Cancellations of Hourly Limousine or Town Car reservations must be called into the office 72 hrs prior to pick up, excluding Proms and Weddings. Deposit of hourly Limousine or town car are not refundable.

Waiting Time Policy:
Pick Up: Non-airport pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes free before charging waiting time. Airport pick-up Domestic flights arrivals, we allow 30 minutes free before charging waiting time. Airport pick-up International flights, Cruise ship arrivals we allow 60 minutes free before charging waiting time. Waiting time rates begin after previous stated wait time policy when the flight lands and ends when the client enters the vehicle ordered.

All County Limousine is not associated with any airline. We are an independent Town Car/Limousine company that is for hire. As a courtesy to you as our clients, we try to track flights. However, it is the client’s responsibility to inform All County Limousine of any changes in reservation, delays, and diverted flights
